Thats what I did, I signed up and received day one e-Course the very next day. “Lemme” tell you, if you have any doubts as to starting your own sewing business, scared, don’t know how to charge/pricing, you’re not good enough and the biggest of them all “I don’t have the money to start”. You know, the list goes on and on; all the things running in our mind that keep us from moving forward and taking that first step then I encourage you to sign up today to receive this FREE e-Course. It is absolutely uplifting and informative and by the time I was finished on the fifth day I was pumped ready! All the doubt and the I don’t have this or that was gone.
This Style Sew Me e-Course was what I needed for that push. You can do it and she even incorporated some homework assignments nothing hard just something for you to think about once you get to the assignments. The e-Course was well thought out and very well put together and I thank Erin the creator of Style Sew Me for taking the time to put together a solid educational and motivational
e-Course.

No, I’m not getting paid but I have to give credit where its due and she definitely deserve to be put on blast!
Well, until we cyber again and by the way, are you making it work for you?

DIY McCalls Pattern 7243 Second Version

Hey Ladies,

Ok, soooooooo I like this so much that I made number 2! Yes this is my second version so I won't write a complete write up on this. I believe this style dress can be for any shape worn with the right type shape ware. Yeah, you need it.

I added a few notes worth while mentioning with making the second version.

Here's the link to the first one made.

Fabric Used: Grape Wine Ponte De Roma Knit from Low Price Fabric

Pattern Cut in Size: 16 versus 20  McCalls 7243
this time around so I didn't have any alterations. I did add 3 inches to the length, it's just too short for me.  I left everything unhemmed, is unhemmed a word?  I don't know but what I do know, in order to pull this unhemmed thing off, cutting your fabric MUST be on point. Please ladies no jagged edges if you plan on not hemming this! Maybe I should do a tutorial on cutting fabric? Let me think about that one.

Accessories:
Long Nine West Boots (old), tights from Wal-Mart and Ralph Lauren neckless and earring set (old) but I just went to the Polo store with my hubby and they still have the set and in gold plated.

I'm putting this pattern up for now, I've made two and that's plenty for me but don't hold me to it!

Checking out and we'll chat later!

Are you making it work for you?
